ITINERARY
PERU 10 DAYS – An unforgettable trip through Lima, Paracas, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Lake Titicaca, with culture, history, and breathtaking landscapes.
DAY 01.- AIRPORT PICK-UP
Upon arrival in Lima, our team will be waiting at the airport to warmly welcome you and transfer you comfortably to your hotel. Once settled in, you can relax, explore the surroundings, or enjoy a meal on your own, depending on your arrival time. The afternoon and evening will be at your leisure to rest or explore the city at your own pace. We will make sure you have all the information needed to begin your adventure in Peru. Overnight at your selected hotel in Lima.

DAY 02.- CITY TOUR IN LIMA: Ancestral, Colonial, and Modern
We will pick you up from your hotel between 8:50 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. to begin the City Tour in Lima. We will visit the Pucllana Pyramid, the Historic Center with the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Cathedral, and the San Francisco Catacombs. Then, we will explore San Isidro, Miraflores, and the Love Park, finishing at Larcomar or returning to your hotel (1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.).
In the afternoon, between 5:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., we will pick you up for the “Magic Water Circuit,” a spectacle of fountains, lights, and music at the Parque de la Reserva.

DAY 03.- TOUR TO PARACAS, BALLESTAS ISLANDS AND HUACACHINA
Pick-up from your hotel in Lima between 4:10 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. to transfer you to the departure point of the tourist bus. We will depart between 5:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., arriving in Paracas around 9:30 a.m., where we will board a boat for a 2-hour tour of the Ballestas Islands.
Around 12:30 p.m., we will travel to Ica, with a stop at a winery for tastings and optional lunch. Then, we will visit the Huacachina Lagoon and a local chocolate shop. Optionally, you can enjoy a buggy ride and sandboarding.
At 6:30 p.m., we will make a brief stop in Chincha for wine and pisco tastings, returning to Lima around 11:00 p.m., dropping you off at your hotel.

DAY 04.- TRANSFER FROM LIMA AIRPORT TO CUSCO – CITY TOUR
As agreed, and depending on the schedule of your flight, we will pick you up from your hotel to take you to Lima Airport with an average of 3 hours’ notice. The transfer usually takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
It is recommended to choose a flight that arrives in Cusco before 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival in Cusco, our transfer will be waiting for you at the airport parking lot with a sign that has the INFOCUSCO logo and your name.
After the meet-up, we will transfer you to your hotel in Cusco, where you will receive recommendations, a detailed explanation of your itinerary, and the opportunity to make any payments (if applicable). Then, you will have time to settle in, have a mate of coca, rest, or have lunch on your own.
In the afternoon, between 12:40 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco.
We will visit the Koricancha Temple and then explore the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuamán, Q’enqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay.
The tour ends between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., dropping you off near the center of Cusco.

DAY 05.- SACRED VALLEY – AGUAS CALIENTES
In the morning, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel to start the tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our first stop will be the Pisac archaeological site, where you will admire the impressive Inca terraces and enjoy panoramic views of the valley. Then, we will visit the Pisac artisan market before continuing to Urubamba, where you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with a variety of typical regional dishes. In the afternoon, we will explore the Ollantaytambo archaeological complex, a site with imposing Inca structures and a privileged view of the valley.
After the tour, you will stay in Ollantaytambo and head to the train station on your own to board the Inca Rail Voyager service at 16:36 hs, arriving in Aguas Calientes around 18:09 hs. Upon arrival, the hotel transfer will be waiting to take you to your accommodation. In the evening, your guide will visit you or contact you to finalize the details of your visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

DAY 06.- MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
As coordinated with your guide, you will head to the bus station to board the transport, which will take you on a 30-minute journey to the “Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu,” also known as the “Lost City of the Incas.” Upon arrival, you will enter with the corresponding tickets and begin the guided tour of the citadel (depending on the chosen circuit), lasting approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours. Afterward, your guide will leave you in an area where you can take photographs and, if desired, request an optional video report. Then, you will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to have lunch (at your own expense) while waiting for the train departure.
The train departs at 16:12 hs to Ollantaytambo, where you will take a bus connection to Cusco. In some cases, depending on the season, you may be assigned a direct train to Cusco. The arrival in the city is scheduled for 20:20 hs, dropping you off at your hotel. IMPORTANT: Train schedules may vary depending on availability at the time of confirmation.

DAY 07.- CUSCO TO PUNO – SUN ROUTE
At 6:30 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to transfer you to the bus station to Puno. During this approximately 10-hour journey, you will admire breathtaking landscapes, capture unique moments in photographs, and explore each point of interest at your leisure, turning the journey into a memorable experience.
Along the way, we will visit the Andahuaylillas Chapel, famous as the “Sistine Chapel of America,” the Temple of Wiracocha, a majestic Inca structure, the Raya Pass, which marks the boundary between Cusco and Puno with spectacular views of Nevado Chimboya, and the Pukara Lithic Museum, where you will learn more about this fascinating pre-Inca culture. Upon arrival in Puno, we will take you to your hotel and coordinate the details for the next day.

DAY 08.- TOUR TO THE UROS AND AMANTANI ISLANDS
In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Puno to head to the port, where we will board a boat to the Floating Uros Islands. In this fascinating place, you will learn about the history, customs, and lifestyle of this community that has built its homes on totora in the waters of Lake Titicaca.
We will continue our journey to Amantaní Island, where a local family will welcome you and provide accommodation in their home. In the afternoon, we will take a walk to the pre-Inca temples of Pachatata and Pachamama, located at the top of the island, where you can admire an impressive view of the lake. At the end of the day, we will return to the host family to share a traditional dinner made with local products.

DAY 09.- TOUR TO TAQUILE ISLAND AND RETURN TO PUNO
After enjoying a traditional breakfast in Amantaní, we will board the boat heading to Taquile Island, famous for its impressive handmade textiles, declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. During our visit, we will explore the island, learn more about its customs and traditions, and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with a privileged view of Lake Titicaca.
In the afternoon, we will begin the return journey to Puno, arriving around 3:30 p.m., where we will take you to your hotel for rest.

DAY 10.- TRANSFER TO JULIACA AIRPORT
As agreed and based on your flight schedule, our team will pick you up from your hotel to transfer you to the airport on time, comfortably, and safely. Airlines require passengers to check in at least 2 hours before departure, so we will arrange your transfer to ensure you arrive on time and without worries.
